How it works
The prospecting work, done in the open.
What we need from you, how we choose who to contact, how meetings get qualified and what lands in your CRM each week.
01
What we need from you
Our own SDRs handle outreach and qualification. Your team stays focused on selling.
- A kickoff to agree on who you sell to, the problem you solve and what a good meeting looks like.
- Access to your CRM and calendar, so meetings and context land where your team already works.
- The name and availability of whoever will take the qualified sales meetings.
- Feedback on the first messaging drafts before outreach goes live.
02
How companies and buyers are selected
Company first, then people. We don't buy a list of titles.
- We build the target list by trade, territory, project type and the work a contractor actually performs.
- Each account is prioritized by fit, with a short reason why it made the list. Poor fits are held back, not contacted.
- Inside each account we map the real buyers: owners, estimators, operations leaders, project managers and superintendents, in the field and in the office.
03
How email and calling work together
One campaign, two channels, run by people who pick up the phone.
- Our SDRs write and send the emails and make the calls as one coordinated sequence.
- They work to reach the person who owns the problem and follow up to start a relevant conversation.
- What we hear on calls shapes the next email, and the reverse.
04
How meetings are qualified
A meeting is only good if it's worth taking. Before one reaches your calendar we confirm:
- The company fits your market.
- The person is a relevant buyer.
- There is a real problem you solve.
- They have confirmed interest.
- There is an agreed next step.
05
What appears in your CRM
Work product your team can use, not a separate dashboard to check.
- The accounts and contacts we worked, and the outcome of each attempt.
- Call notes and email context for every conversation.
- Booked meetings with the reason the buyer agreed to talk.
06
What gets reviewed each week
Every campaign should make the next one smarter.
- Which trades, personas, messages and call times are producing conversations.
- What we learned, with the sample size attached.
- What we will change next: the list, the message or the call plan, and how we will measure whether it worked.
